Finally a worthwhile activity! We headed down to hollywood via the starline bus tour. the tour is apparently at least 100 years old. And have been featured in movies. Anyways, tickets were 36USD for a 24 hour ticket for all day. What were paying for is actually the guided tour. It stops from stop to stop at every landmark if you want to go down you could. The guy at the ticket counter said that there were several more buses we coult take to get back, but when we arrived to the chinese theater, this was the last bus.
Much of us were being kids, tried to touch the leaves over head us. The tour bus is open air on the second floor, so yeah..... Anyways, we stopped at the chinese theater. The popular theater where jackie chan filmed his movie rush hour. It is also where alot of hollywood movie premieres takes place. Interestingly enough, it is not as big as i imagined it to be. And hollywood isn't as grand as i had envisioned in my head.
We got the tickets for 3 tourist attractions, the wax museum the ripley's believe it or not and the Guinness book of records. Fairly interesting, but apparently the mdm tussaud's wax museum is supposed to be better, so were planning to go back next week.
The museums were quite interesting, seing how the models were so lifelike. Alot of fooling around as well. heh.
We headed back via a taxi at around 11.00pm. And that ended the day.
